We, at thecookwarehaven.com , grant returns, refunds, and cancellations for genuine reasons that are convincing. We render our customers quality products and services. But sometimes customers fall unsatisfied then we consider, analyse and approve returns. Kindly read all the rules and regulations of our returns policy before heading to the process.

We accept the returns/refund if:

  •  The customer received a wrong product with respect to size, count, colour, or the product itself.
  •  The customer received a damaged product (the damage happened while transition or from us which  has to be proved)

We do not approve returns, refunds and cancellations,, if:

  •  The duration for return has expired
  •  The product is the same as the customer ordered
  •  The damage happened from the customer's end
  •  The address provided by the customer was wrong
  •  Customers failed to pay the import charges

Despite all the above cases, the customers are expected to contact us so that their matter could be resolved appropriately on time.

We guarantee that we allow claims for the refund of money if the customer never got the ordered items at all despite mentioning the full/correct address with area code.

Once the return process is settled further step to refunding money would be directed without lag. The credit card company usually takes 10-15 days to reflect the refunded amount. If it takes more days, the particular authority would be responsible and the matter needs to be communicated with them. Please remember that the refund amount includes only the price of the product, it does not include packing/handling/shipping charges.

We approve cancelling the ongoing orders if the package has not shipped from our warehouse OR the first 24 hours of receipt, whichever is fit. A product once cancelled cannot be prepared to deliver again and cannot be ordered again either. Though fresh order is allowed for another product, yet another cancellation would be refused.
